The rooms are really good, and the AC works well. Getting there is the tricky part: Google Maps still shows an old road from Cenang Beach that no longer exists. Take the new road by Easy Hotel, continue straight for a bit, then turn right just before the main road. If you pass it, turn back and look for a small Alpha Hotel sign on your left. Don't rely on Maps until it's updated.

Terrible experience. They canceled my booking without telling me, then when I arrived in the middle of the night, offered another hotel and said I had to take it or get a refund. I canceled the second night too, but still haven't received an email confirming it. They only chatted with me on WhatsApp and said it was done. When I asked for proof, they told me to check my email, but there was nothing there. Never choose zen rooms.

The rooms are clean and affordable. Take the shortcut and the beach and restaurants are really close.

It's really far from town, tucked way back inside the village.
