We had a good stay. We only needed WiFi and didn't ask for much else, though I think the staff would have helped if we'd asked.

The room was roomy and comfortable, though it had no refrigerator. It took effort to find staff. The beach is about 15 minutes away, and for a few days I could use a refrigerator in another room downstairs.

A huge spider was in the bathroom, and there were spiderwebs and dust all over the floor and walls when we arrived. I asked staff to remove it all because I'm allergic to dust, but they didn't. During cleaning, my fairly expensive electric shaver was either stolen or thrown away. Staff denied it and told me to look again. 2/10, I wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms are thoughtfully designed, and it was quiet. It's a great place to stay, not too far from Cenang Beach.

The room, shower, fan, and air conditioning were clean. Getting to this Ramada hotel means taking a small access road, and I'd suggest renting a car or motorcycle to get around Langkawi.
