We were very happy with our stay. The place was clean, the garden spotless, and the pool got cleaned every day. The staff were kind and helpful too. Just right for a little getaway.

10/10
At Cloud9 Cottages, the staff were kind and genuinely helpful, and the cozy place was clean, well kept, and stocked with the essentials. It was a peaceful, pleasant stay, and I’d highly recommend it. The pool water was very hot, and the pool didn’t seem particularly suitable or safe for small children. Even though kids are restricted from using it, I’d still recommend the destination for families, thanks to the service and atmosphere.

Rent a car or scooter and you’ll enjoy the stay. The view from the pool is amazing, and being there was a cool experience that makes it feel different from a regular hotel.

10/10
A quiet place for a family with children or elderly people, unlike the crowded hotels near Chenang. The room had a small fridge, iron, and ironing board. I did ask for an extra pillow, but they couldn’t provide one because all the rooms had already been acquired. Still, I enjoyed my stay.

The location is a long way from everything, but the rooms are okay and the helpful staff provide great service.
