ARVIND P.
We had no electricity when we checked in because repair work was going on, and it took several hours for power to return. The next day the entire inn had no water, so people had to find public toilets or petrol stations to bathe and use the bathroom. At night, guests couldn’t flush, wash their hands or private parts, and had to use their own tissues. The toilets and rooms became unbearably smelly, and conditions were still the same when we checked out. There was no reserve water for guests and no guard or staff member on standby to hear complaints. I regret booking here and will never return. It’s a shame to promote such a poor inn at Matta Fair and tarnish our country’s name with foreign tourists.
