We stayed three nights, and the basics were a letdown. They didn’t provide a toothbrush or toothpaste, and when I asked for a hairdryer, they said they didn’t have one. Even with a swimming pool for guests, there wasn’t a single hairdryer anywhere around the resort. When we got back on the second day, the room hadn’t been cleaned as expected. I had to ask for fresh towels and shampoo. The bathroom smelled so bad from the drain that it could make you vomit. It was horrible, and despite the low price, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The beds were comfortable, and the place was quiet, clean, affordable, and had a nice pool. But the staff weren’t friendly, there were loads of ants, and the shower had no pressure.

The room was clean and beautiful, and having a pool and balcony was great value for money. The receptionist was friendly, though the reception isn’t open around the clock.

The beach is close by, but Kuah and Padang Mat Sirat are a long way away. We had a nice room and really enjoyed the pool. It worked well for our small family.
