The pool was clean and stayed open until 10 pm, which I loved. The front office was good, and the maintenance guy who fixed my door lock was handsome and always smiling. Room cleanliness was only fair. The balcony table and chair were dusty, and the glass cup was stained inside and dirty. They gave just one small bottle each of shampoo and soap, which hardly seems enough for two people. Breakfast was fair, but everything tasted good. The nasi goreng and mee goreng were excellent. Thanks to the cook.

Getting around was easy, with food shops and restaurants nearby and tourist places close enough to explore without long trips. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There was plenty to choose from, and it all tasted fresh and delicious. The pool was another highlight, clean and well kept, and a refreshing place to spend time. The resort felt peaceful, and our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a wonderful, memorable time in Langkawi and would love to come back.

For a budget stay, it’s okay. The place is neat, clean, and safe, but it doesn’t feel like a premium resort. Service was very slow and nothing special, and the staff weren’t very supportive. Breakfast was quite minimal, with not many choices.

A quiet place to stay on the island, in a convenient spot. The hotel is well maintained, and check-in went smoothly. No complaints.

For a honeymoon package, I expected better than having two single beds pushed together and presented as honeymoon decoration. The setup was badly done and uncomfortable, and it was really disappointing for a honeymoon stay.
