The manager was so kind, and a family of monkeys even came to watch while I swam in the pool. Cenang Beach is about a 15-minute walk away, or roughly 600 yen by Grab.

The pool is lovely, though the room could use better lighting. There aren’t many lights in the bathroom, and there’s not enough cupboard space for toiletries. After a shower, the silicone squeegee left on the floor makes it slippery. The kitchen is sparsely equipped too. Fine for two or three days, but I wouldn’t choose it for a week.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and the pool was magnificent. We had an excellent stay and would happily come back to your place. I’d recommend it 100%!

A lovely villa with a clean pool and clean accommodation. The only thing is, they need to find a way to deal with the ants.
