For what you pay, this deserves five stars on Google Maps. There’s a lot to enjoy at the resort, from the good swimming pool and nice plants around the grounds to the clean room. Breakfast was okay, not the best, but the price isn’t high and the ocean view while eating is breathtaking. The staff are friendly, and I’d definitely come back to enjoy the location.

It was a cozy stay, with access to the beach and a good swimming pool. The beach isn’t really somewhere you can swim in the ocean, though. Baron resort also has a restaurant, but the pizza we ordered was burnt and inedible, and service there was very slow. Apart from the food, the stay was perfect.

The location is close to the attractions, especially Dataran Lung, Duty-free terminal, and Maha tower. Kids will enjoy the resort, and the restaurant has a good sea view.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel itself is old and badly needs renovation. Our room was poorly maintained, the bathroom was dirty, and the tiles had lots of limescale. The windows were so grimy it was hard to see outside, and the room sometimes smelled of feces. Breakfast was poor quality, and we’re not fussy eaters. We went elsewhere for breakfast on the second and third days. On our last day, they took away the dirty towels and didn’t leave any fresh ones.

The swimming pool was the best part, and the kids enjoyed it. The resort is by the sea and has a nice location, but the place is quite old and the service was average. Breakfast had very few choices. The lift was out of service during my stay, and they couldn’t get it fixed for two days.
