The dorm is friendly and nicely located, and Amelia, the manager, is super knowledgeable and easygoing, with tons of tips on what to explore around the island. It's still getting started, with a few things left to do, but I'm sure it'll quickly become the new Place To Be for backpackers in Langkawi. Great place, and an even greater manager :)

If you're backpacking or happy with a communal hostel setup, this is a place to stay. The local researchers and aliens who run it can help you discover Langkawi's quirks and hidden stories beyond the tourist trails. It's an experience you can't go without, but only unlocked if you're nice to the host and don't arrive in big numbers.

This isn't really a hostel, just an apartment with bunk beds in one big room, and the owner sleeps in bunk beds on the other side. There are no lockers, the bathrooms are extremely small, and there's no privacy at all. You can find much better places for less money.

A comfy, friendly little place, well situated for exploring Langkawi. The host is even better, and the place is only going to get better. Absolutely recommend it. :)

It's a clean, pleasant space right in Langkawi's main town. The bunk beds are quiet and comfortable, with air conditioning, and there's a shared breakfast area. The owner was super helpful and suggested some of the best places to visit. WiFi was perfect, with a fiber optic connection.
