We came away feeling refreshed, and would definitely return. My family spent one night at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya, with one room for my wife and me and another for my parents. The resort is large and beautifully designed, with modern luxury set among natural surroundings. It felt like a real escape from the city, and we had plenty of room to explore without feeling crowded. Our rooms had a direct, breathtaking view of the lake, which was the highlight, especially waking up to it. We enjoyed walking around the grounds and eating at the restaurant. The food was excellent, and service throughout the resort was warm and attentive. It’s worth leaving extra time to explore the different areas. One small technical issue: the air-conditioning panel screen in our room seemed to have an error, so adjusting the temperature was a bit difficult. It didn’t spoil our experience or comfort. A fantastic high-quality resort choice in Putrajaya.

The front desk staff were welcoming and courteous, and Muzaffar, the customer service assistant, was attentive and quick to help with my requests. I was staying to attend an online meeting, and the facilities were well maintained. It was a pleasant visit overall. There’s no valet parking, so you have to walk a short distance from the basement parking to the lobby. The sahur meal had a good range of options, which I appreciated. Room service could be better: I ordered a burger and the bread was a little burnt on one side and somewhat dry. I often order room service when I stay at hotels, and hope they keep improving its food quality. I’d be willing to pay more if it met expectations. The café food was enjoyable, so it would be great to see that same standard in the room service menu. Looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel is pleasant, though a bit maze-like, and the location is good if you have a car or use Grab, since nothing is within walking distance. The room was nice, but the air-conditioning was noisy and barely cooled it enough, perhaps because of the single glass. Parking was good, check-in went smoothly, and the home-baked cookie was very tasty. The poolside was nice, the service friendly, and breakfast was great.

The staff were welcoming, attentive, and excellent, especially Siti, Cilla, and Rafiq, who made the meal even more enjoyable. We came for the Ramadan buffet and found a delicious spread with plenty of choices, from appetizers through dessert. A satisfying place to break fast with family and friends. I’ll definitely come again!

The kids had a blast at the Kids Club and waterpark, while the adults got a quiet break by the lake. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. Every meal was a treat: the breakfast spread was divine, the lunch buffet full of flavor, and dinner left us completely satisfied. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and friendly, and made us feel like VIPs. The peaceful lakeside setting, family facilities, and attentive service all made for a spectacular stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside. We left happy and can’t wait to return!
