The staff were welcoming and greeted me with a smile, but the room itself was very noisy. It felt like a shared room, with a door connecting to the next room, so I could clearly hear talking, laughter, shouting, everything. There was no hot water in the bathroom and no WiFi in the room. I couldn't find a phone charging socket except in the kitchen, and the place is far from the center.

We found the place and the room seems OK so far, better than I expected after reading the reviews. Google's directions from the airport were awful, sending us through side streets almost the whole way. It honestly felt like Google was messing with us. We're here for a week, so I'll update this review as we go.

We stayed in the residence, not the villas they own. The room and view were better than I expected from the awful reviews. Service was so-so, neither great nor terrible. You have to keep after them to get things done, so don't expect much initiative. You can still book here, but I wouldn't make it your last stop because of the airport access. You never know, you might end up somewhere much worse and finish your vacation on a sad note.

The room was spacious and had a nice view, and the amenities were good. WiFi wasn't available, though, and I struggled to connect.

This isn't a luxury place. We rented from a private owner, and the room was busy and not up to the quality we expected. There were roaches in the bathroom, and lizards could be heard everywhere. The bathroom had no hot water because the heater wasn't working, and the host didn't help with it.
