The location near a beach is the only positive. The service was awful, and the room wasn't good. The bedsheets were dirty, the bedding was bad and the toilet was in poor condition. They provide no amenities, not even toothpaste, and there's no wifi. There are lots of mosquitoes and ants here. When you raise an issue, they tell you to cancel the booking.

My holiday was ruined. The walls have mold, there was only one light in the room, and the rooms are tiny. They don't even have wifi service here.

The room was clean, and the location was very good. The deposit was 100 ringgit, and you have to ask for the WiFi password. Even then, connecting was almost impossible. The TV is so tiny that watching a letterboxed movie from bed doesn’t work. The bathroom floor stays wet because it doesn’t slope toward the drain, and there’s no ventilation, which also leaves the metal corroding.

You can enjoy the beach and water sports nearby, and Undersea world is only a five-minute walk away. The location in langkawi is great, and it’s the cheapest place to stay. You don’t need a rental car. Just outside, a Chinese tour operator offered me cheap island-hopping and water-sports deals, and picked me up from and dropped me back at the hotel.

The location is the one good thing here. They ask for a RM100 deposit on a RM150 room, and the air conditioning wasn’t enough for four people on a hot day. The front desk staff weren’t friendly. I asked someone to check the air conditioner, but they never came. Parking had no organization at all, and you have to leave your key at the desk if you want the room cleaned. I really wouldn’t recommend it.
