I’ve stayed here many times over the last several years, and it’s still my go-to place. The staff are lovely, it’s very quiet, and the grounds are immaculately clean. There are lots of local birds in the forecourt too. It’s incredibly inexpensive.

The inn’s best feature is how close it is to the beach, just a short walk away. I also found the team of women running it kind and courteous, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. I stayed for two nights in August 2025. My room’s air conditioner didn’t cool enough for the weather. I turned it on in the morning before heading out, so the room would be cool by night. If the AC, fan, or lights need repairs, it may take some time, since there are no male staff and the current team may not be able to handle technical issues straight away. The bathroom door has a noticeable gap that needs fixing, and the beds and dressing table were average. There seems to be a restaurant on site, but it’s closed, so you’ll need to eat at a nearby restaurant.

Everything was very clean and well looked after. I stayed during Hari Raya, and the owner invited us to celebrate with homemade food. It was a really lovely and special experience ^^

The staff made our 5-night stay especially nice. They were always smiling, friendly, helpful with our questions, and kept everything spotless. It’s a great location, a 3 minute walk to both the beach and the main shopping strip. Close to the action, but tucked away enough to stay peaceful and quiet. The rooms were spacious and clean, the water pressure was fantastic, and there are great restaurants nearby. You can also rent a scooter cheaply. We had a great time.
