The location made it easy to get to nearby places, and the room was spotless, cozy and comfortable. Staff were friendly whenever I needed help. Everything went beyond what I expected and made the trip more enjoyable. Had a great experience from start to finish and would come back.

We arrived at 8pm, but the lobby was locked and nobody was there. There were two self check-in counters inside, but no one answered the doorbell. A note had a day shift person's contact number, but nobody picked up. I called the OVO main line too, and the answering machine said it couldn't help because my number wasn't registered, even though I had registered it with trip.com. After getting eaten alive by mosquitoes, I had to find another hotel. I’ve written to trip.com to ask for my money back.

I was travelling for business and needed a budget hotel. The rooms were clean, the service was good, and the location was convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

A good spot for either a short or longer stay. Even though their operation time ends at 6.00p.m., I arrived at 11.00p.m. and could still reach the staff. They guided us through self check-in, which went smoothly. Friendly staff, would really recommend it and come agian 🙌🙌

The bed was hard and I could feel the springs underneath. The toilet seat was dirty, and the room smelled from the drainage. Reception was friendly, but that didn’t make the stay better.
