Casa Bonita Hotel

The towels need replacing, they looked more like floor mats, and the toilet spray had so little pressure that we had to take the spray head apart to clear its filter. There was no tissue or small towel in the room for wiping spills or dirt off the table, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. We also noticed an unpleasant smell in the fifth-floor corridor on the way to our room. Reception staff weren't very welcoming, and no one even said goodbye or asked us to come again at checkout. Other things were okay, but there's a lot to improve.

The room was good, and the only issue we noticed on both visits was that the pillows and blankets smelled. It’s also quite far from other places if you don’t have your own transport.

It’s a quiet, reasonably nice hotel, and the rooms are clean. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and the swimming pool was clean too. It’s also the closest hotel, rather than homestay, to the industrial plants. A small gym might help bring in more customers.

The air conditioning had no temperature control and ran at full blast. To turn it off, I had to remove the key card. I only stayed one night in a room facing the road, and could hear cars passing from night until morning.
