The courtyard added a lovely, relaxing touch, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and happy to offer helpful suggestions. We were also able to enjoy a calm, peaceful stay despite the lively surroundings. Courtyard @ Heeren Boutique Hotel has a great spot on Heeren Street, within walking distance of Jonker Street, cultural attractions, cafes, and local shops. The room was cozy and clean, with thoughtful decor reflecting Melaka’s history, and the essential amenities were provided. I liked how the hotel combines heritage charm with modern comfort. It’s great value and character, and made our stay in Melaka memorable.

We spent two nights here with four adults and two kids, and there was plenty of room. The staircase is beautiful, but it’s extremely steep, so it might not suit very young children or older people. Staff were helpful and had left a few balloons in the room for my daughter’s birthday. The location is ideal. Some areas need maintenance, but the place is so beautiful and quaint.

The atmosphere and every little ornament made me think of the glory days of the Peranakan lifestyle. It feels like a time capsule, more than just a boutique hotel. Thanks for taking such good care of it and sharing it with tourists from around the world.

We booked one night as a trial of the comfort and facilities, and slept well in the two queen beds. We didn’t stay longer because there wasn’t space to hang clothes or put suitcases. The shower had good pressure and hot water. Things need upkeep, but we’ve found that throughout Malacca, even at expensive hotels. We’ve been here for weeks and tried many hotels.

The rooms were spacious, very neat and clean, and had all the essentials. Parking could be an issue if you’re arriving by car.
