The walls are thin, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. Otherwise, it was a pleasant surprise for a budget stay: the room was basic and a bit dated, but very clean. I was passing through Malacca and stayed one night. Check-in through WhatsApp/Kiosk was seamless, especially handy after a long bus ride. Dataran Pahlawan and the historic sites are about a 15-minute walk away. The hot and cold water dispenser in the hallway was a lifesaver for refilling my bottle. A good fit for solo travelers or students watching their budget.

The room was clean and the price affordable, with free Wi-Fi. Check-in and checkout were both self-service, and the new system was convenient: scan the QR code, then follow the link to WhatsApp. Staff were friendly. 7-Eleven, Mynews, and KK Mart are all within walking distance.

A decent choice for low-budget travel. My only issue was that the bathroom door was broken.

I won't be coming back. Check-in is self-service, with no staff around, and the room was awful: no TV, weak air conditioning, and no kettle or other basics. There was a hair dryer, but that was about it. This place doesn't feel cozy at all. The RM 50 deposit is only returned after checkout. If the hotel is struggling, they should close it instead of making guests miserable. Stay at your own risk.
