Dusit Princess Melaka

Our department reunion dinner at Zest Restaurant, Dusit Princess Melaka was a great evening. The buffet had plenty of fresh, tasty choices, especially seafood and grilled food, and the dining room had a pleasant feel throughout. Planning was easy from the first enquiry through the event. Communication was quick, our requests were handled smoothly, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help. The team made our P5 Reunion Dinner enjoyable, with good food and warm service. Thanks to everyone at Dusit Princess Melaka. We’d gladly visit again, and recommend the venue for work events, family gatherings, or other special occasions.

Nat and the Chef were especially warm and friendly, thanks to them for the hospitality. The Ramadan buffet had a broad selection, from local food to Western and Oriental dishes, plus appetizers, snacks, sides, desserts, and drinks. Everything was enjoyable and the spread felt complete. A seafood-on-ice area and maybe a small sushi and sashimi corner would make it even more exciting.

This was our fourth stay at Dusit Princess Melaka, and we were happy to be back. We spent four nights there and will return again. Jonker Street is only about a five-minute drive by car or Grab, which made it easy to go sightseeing, find food, and shop. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows helped us rest well after days out exploring Malacca. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, always greeting us with a smile. Mr Amir from Concierge was especially helpful and accommodating, and Mr Haziq from Zest was polite, attentive, and helpful. Their service made us feel well looked after.

We stayed one night with family and found the room spacious and very clean. Mr Nasrul from concierge was friendly, and his good attitude stood out from the beginning of our stay right through to the end. The hotel is good value for money and highly recommended.
