Fantasy Boutique Hotel

The location was excellent, and the WiFi worked perfectly. I could also refill water from a dispenser and use a microwave. My room had no windows, but the air conditioning got very cold, and they provided slippers even though the toilet floor was slippery. The shower pressure was terrible at night. I could hear people talking and shuffling around all night through the thin walls, so it’s not a good choice for a light sleeper. The elderly man who checked me in was friendly, approachable, and seemed genuinely glad to be there. The woman in the morning was very different and needs to improve her customer service.

Please don’t book here. We checked in and paid, then found the room wasn’t clean and had lots of ants. The old man who handled check-in was rude when we told him. He took 50 ringits from our payment, gave us cash, and threw us out at midnight. Dirty room, a waste of time and money.

The room was cute and nice, though the decor and furniture felt a bit old. The service was super excellent. Boss Mr Johnny was very friendly, and the receptionist uncle and a Malay girl were kind too. I’d recommend it to people looking for a themed room for children.

I booked at the last minute, on a whim, and the host still made me feel welcome. They gave me an autism-friendly room, the Marvel one, which is well isolated from outside. It showed some age, but it was clean and neat throughout, and I loved staying here.
