I wasn't happy with the service at all, and nearly RM200 felt like far too much for this stay. The receptionist was unfriendly. The room was very dusty, as if it hadn't been used in a long time. We weren't given towels until we asked on our last day, and there was no tissue, welcome mineral water, kettle, or room phone. With no lift or phone for service, we had to go down from the top floor just to get towels and iron our clothes.

We came with a few family groups after a kenduri in Johor, but there were no rooms available. They suggested an apartment-style place in the shop area instead. It wasn't the best, but it worked for one night for 15 of us. Keep your expectations low.

The apartment room was dusty and smelled bad, and all the empty space with hardly any decoration made it feel boring. Opening the window helped with the ventilation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with breathing problems like asthma. I regret not reading some earlier reviews first.

The price didn't feel fair for such a poor room. The washroom was dirty and smelly, and I wondered whether housekeeping had been done properly. It didn't feel like a hotel room, just bleak and badly lit. The TV didn't work either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

The service was very poor. Just two hours before check-in, staff told me my booking had been cancelled. I had to find another hotel and make a new reservation. Don't come here with your family.
