We booked at the last minute for a long holiday with family. The place is near many spots in Bandar Melaka, and while our room was still being cleaned at check-in, they let my mom and sibling rest in another room. But the facilities in our room were in bad shape: the toilet door was broken, the TV didn’t work, and the main door handle was loose. The room and toilet weren’t clean either. For the price, it felt too expensive when so much couldn’t be used. At the very least, the TV should work for guests.

We only managed to check in at 8pm because he had given our room to someone else and extended their stay without telling us. Then he told us, “If you are not satisfied, you can have your money back and go find other hotel!” Horrible service, just horrible.

Everything else was very good, but the room itself was a letdown. The bathroom door didn’t work, and the TV didn’t work either, so there were no channels to watch. The floor also wasn’t very clean when we arrived. I hope they fix these things so future guests can have a better stay.

The air conditioning was in poor shape, the toilet wasn’t good, and there were lots of damaged things. A very bad hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The air conditioner, sink, and shower all had problems. There was no TV or chair either. They shouldn’t charge a higher price when things are like this maa. Please improve.
