The kids' VR room was a real highlight, and they get free credits to play. Staff were friendly, and the location made it easy to get to Jonker Street. We had a good stay overall, though the soundproofing needs work. We were on the top floor and luckily weren't disturbed, but sounds seemed to echo or get amplified in our room because the floors and walls felt thin. We stayed three nights over the school holidays. The kids loved the room with the slide, the bed was comfortable, bottled mineral water was provided, and the shower facilities were adequate. One thing to plan for: the main road is closed on weekends, so you can't drive in through the main entrance, and the car park is some distance away. After checking in, the driver could drop everyone else at the back entrance instead.

The kids had a great time making their own T-shirts, and I loved the coffee served in a biscuit cup. The cake was delicious too. The hotel is in a character-filled historic building, and it felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. It's also handy for exploring, with most of the main tourist spots within walking distance. A lovely experience for us adults and the kids.

We had the cookies latte and it was nice and delicious 😋. There's a craft workshop and cafe too, and I really liked the hotel's cozy, distinctive design. The room was clean and comfortable, and worked well for the senior citizens in our family. The location was very convenient for us, an easy walk to the Red House and Jonker Street. My family and I enjoyed staying here. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the surroundings were pleasant. We had a great stay, thank you for the lovely experience 😊

I left some medical equipment at the hotel by accident and didn't realize until I was already home, an hour and a half away. I called, and John quickly located it and arranged to have it delivered that same day. He was kind, efficient, and very willing to help. Really appreciated the care from the staff.

We enjoyed our stay, and the kids did too. It was easy to walk to nearby sights like Melaka Church and Jonker Street from the hotel's location. The only issue was the air conditioning in our Premium Suite Tunnel. The bed beside the wardrobe and refrigerator stayed a bit warm since the unit only pointed toward the main area.
