The stay was disappointing, especially the service and facilities. The toilet hadn't been flushed, the shower pressure was weak, and the AC didn't seem properly maintained. They gave us a large towel to use as a blanket. Please work on the hotel's quality.

The room isn't five-star, but the service felt like seven-star to me. They also provide Coway water for guests. The owner and staff were very kind, and being right in the middle of town made it easy to get around Melaka. I love this place and it could be my second home when I visit again.

Visitors come here for holidays from all over Malaysia and other countries, including plenty of tourists and families. The only thing that gave me a headache was how much transport prices go up during school holidays.

It's in a strategic spot close to Malacca's main sights, including the Beca and Taming Sari. Uptown is nearby too, and on weekends it stays open until 2 a.m., which is handy if you like going for a night walk.

Really bad. The room smelled of urine and the AC didn't work. The bed was broken and had a yellow stain, the room wasn't clean, and the toilet wouldn't flush.
