Hotel Seri Warisan

The location was the one good thing. We arrived at the usual 3 pm check-in time, but the room still wasn’t ready or cleaned, so we went to eat and came back. Even then, we waited three hours to get in. The toilet water heater was broken, the hair dryer cord was cut, and the tap had only a weak trickle. Around 4 am, our room lost power while other rooms apparently still had theirs. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The room was quite small, and I shared it with my three siblings, so it felt cramped. There wasn’t any toothpaste or toothbrush either. Still, the bed was comfortable, and we had soap, a water heater, tea powder, creamer, sugar, a hanger in the corner, and a dryer. The hotel was really nice overall, but I think it suits couples better. It’s good for resting one night after a tiring journey, not for a vacation.

There was a mosquito in the room when I first arrived. The floor had thick dust and hair on it, and the bedsheet had hair along with a hard stain. It didn’t feel properly cleaned.

It works for a short, affordable stay, but anyone looking for modern comforts may be disappointed. The building feels old, the air conditioning and bathrooms could use repairs, and breakfast options are limited.
