The place was basic, but it was clean and comfortable, and the location made getting around easy. The staff were a real highlight. Ali was especially kind and friendly, and her tips and recommendations helped make our trip even better. We felt very well looked after and would gladly stay again. 😊

The owners were helpful and nice, and the hostel has a few comfortable spots to sit, including a balcony and a living room. You can use the kitchen, and tea and coffee are free. Our room was clean and comfortable too.

There’s filtered water, but that was about the only plus for us. The room smelled, the bathroom had mold, and the place didn’t feel hygienic. We heard something in the night and found a cockroach, after which I couldn’t sleep. The window shown in the photos looks out onto the hallway, which the listing didn’t make clear. For the same price, there are better places nearby. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I had no other choice.

The spacious, clean room was worth the RM80, and I really liked having a cozy living room where I could relax. I had a great stay while visiting Malacca.

The building is older, but the rooms are very clean and the staff were helpful when I checked in. Wi-Fi was strong and there was hot water. It’s easy to find food nearby, and Jonker Walk and the night market are about a 20-minute walk away. Great value and a good place to stay.
