Lotus Inn Hotel

I heard several noises around 3 a.m., even though there were no other guests at the hotel besides me. At checkout, I asked the receptionist about the strange 11 p.m. call from a man asking whether I needed bath towels, though towels were already in the room. He’d also offered to come help if anything strange happened that night, which it didn’t, thank God. The receptionist said nobody had called my room, and there were no other guests or cars that morning. I’d advise getting another hotel.

The hotel was clean, and the family room had good space, with two double beds and one twin bed. But the air conditioner was really old. I called for someone to check it, and a man finally came close to 1 a.m. He was rude and dismissive. He said he’d move us to another room if it still wasn’t cooling, but nothing came of it.

The room was nice and clean, and the air conditioning worked well. But the traffic right outside the hotel is unbearable around the clock. I wish the owner would do something about the noise, because staying with that level of noise feels unhealthy.

There’s plenty of parking, and I slept like a baby in a very comfortable room. The water heater is slow, and you can hear some noise from the nearby road. Aside from those issues, it was excellent.
