The guest house is close to Malacca’s tourist spots, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Joanes. We stayed there on 26-11-18. The hosts were older, but everything was neat and clean. I’d recommend it 100%.

The family who runs this guest house are absolutely lovely, and I’d happily stay here again if I’m back in Malacca. The beds were comfortable, the linen and bathrooms were clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast.

The owner and staff were very supportive, and the area around the place was clean and nice. The location is central. My room was only cleaned at check-in, though, and not on the following days. Some facilities didn’t work, including the TV and microwave.

At 12.10pm on Saturday, they came to my room and told me I had to leave because it had been booked. I was still staying there, and they gave me no warning. It was the worst possible time to have to look for somewhere else, in the midday heat and on the busiest night of the week. Have a little respect for your customers.
