The people were nice, but the hotel needs major renovation. Everything seemed broken, out of order, patched up, or badly repaired. Maybe it's a luxury for people used to living in slums, but for travelers...

If you expect a well-maintained hotel with quality interiors and equipment and high service standards, you shouldn't consider staying here.

A good budget option, clean and comfortable. It's a shame there's no lift, though we were lucky to get a first-floor room. The towel looked a little yellow. I booked the family room, which was quite big and cheap. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Thanks.

The Wi-Fi was weak, and there was a constant humming, rhythmic noise all night, maybe from the air con or a water pump.

The location in central Melaka Raya is strategic, and the staff were friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the room, with its clean toilet and tidy overall condition. The air conditioning was cool, and the basics, including the Coway dispenser and WiFi, worked. I'll come again.
