I've stayed in lots of budget hotels, and most had toilets in the room. Here, some are outside, even though the price is the same. That doesn't feel safe for women using them. There's not even one iron and ironing board in the whole hotel. The hotel is in very poor condition. This was my first and last visit.

Don't book this room online. They have issues with OYO bookings and may tell you they never received yours, then ask you to pay again when you arrive. The room and facilities were both in bad shape, and the cleanliness was disappointing. My first and last stay here.

The shower was broken, and they expected me to wash with a small pipe. It cost 400 at the regular price, too. The surroundings weren't good, and they didn't provide basic toiletries for the hotel. Very bad, wouldn't recommend it.

This felt like a scam. After I booked through booking, the receptionist asked me to cancel the reservation, which would have cost me, then wanted me to pay double the price quoted on booking for a room. Booking is advised to avoid this place.

Teruklh.. the room was small and expensive at rm120. The water heater didn't work, and there was no parking provided. I got a parking summons from majlis bandaraya Melaka, and the hotel management wouldn't take responsibility. It left me disappointed and very sad during my holiday. Not recommended.
