Clean apartment in a good location.

The condo is new, well kept and has a nice sea view, but the guards' micromanagement spoiled the stay. The condo allows Airbnb and has lots of listings, yet we were stopped and kicked out during check-in because there was no visitor parking. We had to call the owner about their 'system problem'. Every time we entered, the guard double-checked our unit number, even in the lift, where a card is needed to get in. If you like looking out at a long-abandoned old building, you might enjoy swimming in their 'infinity pool', which has very little sea view.

We spent three days and two nights here over Christmas through Airbnb. It was clean and convenient, with a unique location close to Jonker Walk and other attractions. The mattress was the one drawback.

The place was clean and secure, and checking in was easy. The view was great, and the apartment's location worked really well. I'd come back to this unit and owner if I'm in Malacca again. 🙏👍👍
