The host let us check out 1.5 hours late, which was appreciated. The room was clean, lovely, and just right, and the place felt pleasant and welcoming. Check-in and checkout were both easy and handled professionally. Best stay ever.

For B31-08, Netflix and fast internet were great, and the extra mattresses worked especially well for traveling with small kids. There's a 7-Eleven on the ground floor, which was really useful. A few things could be better: a clothes rack is needed, the area under the kitchen sink smells and needs attention, and the decor could use some color. And I didn't get the sea view 🤣. Still, it was a great stay.

The AC suddenly stopped around 7 or 8 in the morning, which made it feel like they were pushing us to check out soon. The service was nice, though. They require a deposit, so have your credit card ready, since there isn't a receptionist at the location.

The sea view deserves 5/5, but the ambiance gets 3/5. Check-in and parking were smooth. In the unit, though, the faucet beside the toilet had weak pressure, and by the end of a shower you were standing in a pool of water. The second toilet was cramped enough that your knees hit the wall when sitting. There's no washing machine or microwave, and the Wi-Fi is very poor. I can't blame the whole building for one unit, though.
