Getting around was easy, since the hotel is conveniently close to public transport. The staff were kind, professional, and ready to help, and reception gave us warm hospitality and helpful guidance during our trip. Check-in went smoothly, our room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and would happily visit again.

It’s within walking distance of where the buses drop you off, so getting there was convenient. The room is old, but it’s big, comfortable, and stocked with the necessities for an overnight stay. Reception staff were friendly and easy to approach. I had a great stay.

The hotel was clean, the rooms had good space, and the staff were very nice. For this budget, I think it’s the best hotel in bukit bintang. The location is strategic: Lalaport shopping centre is in front, Berjeya times square is beside it, and the Al bukhari mosque is nearby. The IMIB metro and Hang tuah monorail are close too, making it easy to transfer anywhere. There are plenty of restaurants around.

The staff were helpful and the location was convenient, but my room was really cramped and stuffy. There was also a strange smell across the whole floor the entire time. I didn’t enjoy the stay :(

Good value for the price, with hot water, no bugs, fast Wi-Fi, and a good spot next to public transit and the mall. Noise cancellation is pretty bad, though the AC noise makes it seem quieter. I’d stay again.
