Finding the place was confusing from the start. The listing showed My Home Hotel on site, but Booking.com called it Dancenter 88 Hotel, so I had to search by the address. When I got there, I learned its actual name was Rumah Tumpangan My Home. I felt scammed and victimized, and I blame both the property and Booking.com. The place was in very poor condition, and when staff couldn't answer my questions, they told me to call the manager. The caller ID app marked his number as “Fraud Lucky Draw.” He didn't pick up or call me back. Please be careful and don't fall victim to this place.

The room looked nothing like the photos on Agoda. The floor and room were dirty, and the bathroom smelled awful. The hotel seemed poorly maintained, the air conditioner was very noisy, and customer desk service was completely absent.

I'd hold off on staying here until the work is finished. It still needs maintenance and doesn't seem ready to operate, so I can't recommend it yet.
