Noble Resort Hotel Melaka

The clean room and fresh-feeling atmosphere made for a nice holiday stay, and the reception team was friendly. Vino and Mey helped me when I arrived and gave good service. It was my best experience at the noble hotel, and I'll be back soon!

The gym looked dated and didn't seem to get much maintenance, and breakfast was only average with a limited selection. It would be nice to see local Nyonya Kuih included. Staff could also be warmer, as the service felt a little indifferent. My advertised "seaview" was really a distant horizon, with the water quite far away. I found the room and toilet spotless, and the room was a decent size for a central hotel, with the basic amenities provided. Check-in was quick and easy. The air conditioning was very cold and worked well, which was a relief in the Malacca heat, even though I'd read mixed comments about it. There were some frustrating issues too. The bath stayed cold even with the hot setting turned all the way up. Wi-Fi was slow and kept asking me to log in again, and the TV only had basic free-to-air channels. Chromecast would be a useful addition. It's a clean, handy base for exploring the city, but the water temperature, gym and breakfast could be improved.

The rooftop pool was a nice place to unwind, especially in the evening with the city lights. It was clean, and towels were available. I didn't spend long there, but it was a pleasant feature. Breakfast the next morning had decent local and Western choices, though the selection wasn't very broad. The food was good, the dining area comfortable and clean, and staff cleared tables and replenished items promptly. I stayed at Noble Resort Melaka from 29 to 30 November. Its location close to the center made it easy to get to Jonker Street, A Famosa and the shopping districts, whether walking or taking a quick ride. The resort felt like a good fit for a short visit, and I'd consider coming back on another trip to Melaka. The room was comfortable, clean and well kept. I slept well in the comfortable bed, and appreciated the good lighting and plenty of charging ports. The air-conditioning worked well, and it stayed quiet despite being near popular areas. The spacious bathroom had the essentials and strong water pressure. Cleanliness was clear throughout the stay. Check-in was smooth. The front desk greeted me warmly and explained the facilities, breakfast and nearby attractions clearly. The lobby felt welcoming, with open space, soft lighting and a minimalist modern look. As a relatively new resort, it has a clean aesthetic, friendly staff and useful touches that made the stay convenient and relaxing. Breakfast could offer more variety and some room amenities could be improved, but I found the experience pleasant and satisfying for the price and location.

The rooms were clean and the staff were attentive. I liked how convenient it was, with amenities nearby, and wouldn't mind staying again. The TV was out, though, and the Wi-Fi was slow. Channels kept freezing and YouTube didn't work. I'd give the place 3/5.
