There was heavy construction right across from the hotel, and it was very noisy. My car was parked outside for our three-day, two-night stay and got summoned on two days. The receptionist didn’t warn us about parking, which was really poor service. Our queen room had no hot water. My girlfriend asked to switch rooms and was told there weren’t any, but they found us one after we said we wanted a refund. The sheets were visibly dirty, with hairs and other bits on them. When we checked out, we were pressured to leave a “good” review or lose the original RM50 deposit. The room condition was bad, and the foreign worker serving us, who looked Indian, was rude and unprofessional. One night cost mr RM75, but the standard didn’t match other hotels at the same level. I didn’t get many photos, but it really wasn’t worth it. Be careful about booking here. You can decide for yourself, but I swear to god, let’s ban this hotel from your list.

This was my second stay at Dream Nur Hotel. The price is very cheap for a hotel in Malacca town, and everything was good for me: clean room, cold air conditioning, and nice, friendly staff. I’d recommend it to other customers. 👍🏼

The clean room and sheets were a plus, but the bathroom had a strong smell that needs attention, maybe with Febreze or an odor eliminator. WiFi reception was weak, and a mix-up at the reception desk caused me some inconvenience.

It’s close to Jonker street, but the service was really poor. Nobody tells you that parking can get you a summons!
