The breakfast had a nice range, with good coffee and even better pastries. I was also surprised by how huge the shower was, the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed, and the restored building and grounds look beautiful and are kept spotless. It’s an easy walk to the streets and sights of this World Heritage city. You can tell as soon as you arrive that it was a good choice for the vacation.

It was easy to get around on foot, with lots of shops nearby. The staff were welcoming and quick to help, which made things feel comfortable from check-in through the end of the stay. I had a very pleasant, comfortable visit and would recommend the hotel.

We had a really good stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The lobby and garden have an interesting design and lovely views. Jonker Street and plenty of other attractions are nearby.

Right in the heart of Jonker Street, this heritage hotel was one of my most ideal stays. The decor is beautiful, and the staff paid close attention to what I needed. It also had all the facilities I wanted. I’d definitely come back.

After a full service package at the spa associated with the hotel, all my travel weariness was gone. The staff were helpful and nice, and breakfast from 7 to 10:30 AM was above average. I only wish guests got more than a thin bath towel. Puri Hotel has a spacious, beautiful property with antique furnishings and a nostalgic feel. I hope to return someday and experience Malacca again.
