Rosa Malacca

We were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back. This is my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in Malaysia. It’s full of character and beautifully designed, and everything was spotless and well looked after. Even with two large suitcases, there was plenty of room to move around in our spacious, comfortable room. The bed was so comfortable that two nights didn’t feel like enough. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, with every dish delicious. There are comfortable sofa areas on each floor, too. The gym had lots of options and fairly new equipment, and the shower temperature stayed steady. The location is close to major tourist attractions. They also have extra food options later in the day for an additional charge. 💖

Room 619 wouldn’t cool down, even after the AC had been on for over an hour. We asked to move rooms that night, and supervisor Ms. Nina understood and helped arrange the transfer without making us explain a lot. She was very helpful. My wife and I were impressed by the hotel’s layout, design, and how well it’s maintained. I stayed in January 2026. There’s a central courtyard with nice music and a good vibe. I understand the hotel received many awards between 2018 and 2022. Breakfast was good and calm. Thank you, Rosa Malacca Hotel, and keep it up!

The room was very spacious and reasonably priced, and our family had a fascinating short getaway. My husband was drawn in by the hotel’s design at first sight, and the room we booked matched the photos and what we expected. The staff were friendly across the board, including security, chefs, waiters, room service, and reception, except for one female receptionist with shoulder-length hair, glasses, and bright red lipstick. Special thanks to our room service staff member Baher, who kept our room neat every day, and to the chef at the live cooking station, who found our table and brought our order over each time. Their effort and service were extraordinary.

The location is great, on the same street as Jonker Walk and an easy walk away. Our room was very spacious, and the hotel was clean with great customer service. Housekeeper Baher was wonderful and helpful, making sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Try the welcome drink, blue flower mint tea. It’s just right for the weather.
