We came back to Sojourn recently for a couple of days and brought a guest along. We'd first stayed there for almost two weeks over the last Christmas, after our usual place was booked for the festive season. My husband suggested it, and that turned out to be a wise choice. It was within walking distance of the Portuguese Settlement, where my in-laws' family home is. We loved our rooms and the hotel service. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and Farra, the Supervisor, along with Selena, Leni, and Ika, went out of their way to handle our urgent requests. Ms. Rozihah from sales and Mr. Azhar, the hotel manager, were warm and engaging too. Ni Ni Danker served breakfast with a friendly manner, and the meal was rewarding. The only snag was low water pressure twice, but it was fixed and didn't spoil our mood. We were very happy with our stay, and this will be our first choice next time.

My husband and I had a lovely time here. The place was very clean, smelled amazing, and felt well worth the price. The staff were exceptionally calm and kind, and the bathtub and other details were wonderful. It would be a nice extra to have the usual toiletries, like hygiene kits and toothbrushes, but their absence wasn't a problem for me.

My family and I had a great short stay for my mom's birthday. I'm from Melaka and would definitely come back. The spa-like setting, scent, and in-room decor were spectacular, and the cleanliness and customer service were top notch. Parking is limited, but they offer a buggy ride to the lots next to the hotel. Thanks for the hospitality.

The massage and brunch package was a treat, and the food was delicious. Special thanks to the kakak who gave me such a relaxing massage so professionally. The room was cozy, beautiful, and comfortable, with everything prepared well. The atmosphere felt pleasant and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

I tried the spa during our one-night couple's getaway, and it was wonderful, with beautiful facilities at an affordable price. The views around the hotel were superb and a striking change from the roadside appearance. The lobby also has a completely different feel from outside, and the friendly staff greeted us warmly and explained everything clearly. It's a small hotel, three stories with about 15 rooms per floor, but our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was the highlight for me, the best I've seen so far, cozy and well designed. I was a little sad to leave so soon. I love this place and will definitely return.
