The Bunk by Olive

For the price, this was great value. Our room had three bunk beds and could sleep up to seven, with air conditioning and some open floor space in the middle where we could sit or hang out together. The shared bathroom was clean, and soap and shampoo were provided.

The place was just like the pictures and very clean. I liked the service and the decor, and the bedroom, toilet, and pantry were all nice. There was an iron, heater, and hair dryer too, which made it feel like home. The price is affordable, and I’d like to bring friends and family to stay here another time.

A basic, clean hostel at a low price. The rooms are small, there aren’t enough toilets for the number of rooms, and the shared dorm has no keys. I’d only recommend staying when fewer than 10 people are there at once.

I visited on 10 Aug. The price was amazing, and the receptionist was friendly. It’s a quiet place with few visitors, about a ten-minute walk from Melaka square. There’s a milk tea shop, bakery, bank, and lots of computer stores nearby. The room smelled strange, though it was clean. There are only four bathrooms, but nobody was using them when I was there. The bathroom equipment was very good, but the rooms themselves were a little small. 4/5 stars. Amazing.
