The decor is really nice, and the location makes things easy. Shops and places to eat are close by, so it’s simple to get around. Just don’t count on many free extras: during our two-night stay, there wasn’t even a toothbrush. It works well if you mainly need somewhere to sleep near everything 😊.

The reception staff were very friendly, and the room was clean with cold AC and little noise at night. The location was good too. My only issue was the very slow WiFi, so I hope management looks into the internet connection.

The staff made us feel welcome, and the location was nice. The room was okay, comfortable enough for a quick trip when you just need somewhere to rest.

The free-flow drinks were a lovely extra, and the hotel’s facilities made the stay convenient. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with thoughtful little touches. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. I had a fantastic stay at Heaven Boutique Hotel in Masai and would happily come back.

The front desk made check-in and checkout really smooth, and everyone was friendly. We spent two nights there. The rooms were clean and decent, and the shower worked well. Breakfast isn’t included. The location was the best part, with a mart, salon, and plenty of good places to eat nearby, plus Lotus very close.
