The bed and the view from the window were probably the only good parts. One elevator was badly worn, and it dropped from the 3rd floor to the 1st while I was heading up to the 30th. There was no fridge for my cold drinks, and the RM15 WiFi I bought for the night never worked, even just before checkout. Rain got the floor wet despite all the windows being shut.

The apartment reeked of cigarettes, which I really hated. The shelf was a bit dirty and covered in dust, and the toilet wasn’t clean either.

The night receptionist didn’t speak English, and the layout was odd: only two of the three bedrooms had AC, there was none in the living hall, and the TV was in one of the air-conditioned bedrooms instead of the hall. The shower was poorly maintained and needed a technician the next day. We also couldn’t open the main door until a technician came to fix it. This was the worst service apartment experience I’ve had.

There were no services, and construction was going on. The lift wasn’t working properly either. Avoid staying here for now, until things improve.
