The lobby feels welcoming, and my room was spacious. The floors, including the bathroom floor, were sticky, though. The staff toilet and trash bin were in view by the guest elevators, and should be screened off in a corner instead. It was a weekend, so most hotels were full or very expensive, and I booked this one at the last minute. The stay was above average, but there are things that need improvement.

A very spacious sink area and a hair dryer were good to have, and the washroom was okay. But the water flow was poor, the bidet leaked, and they only provided one kind of shower gel. The room was comfortable enough, though the air freshener smell was really strong. The stairway has been renovated nicely. I’d recommend it for a solo traveler.

The staff were friendly even in the wee hours. The room was pretty much what I expected for what I paid, 90 MYR for one night in a single bed room.

The room I had was large, with two single beds, and the toilet really impressed me. I’ve stayed in plenty of budget hotels, and this was the nicest toilet I’ve seen, very spacious with a lovely design. Recommended.

The room felt like an abandoned warehouse, with dust and mystery stains. Customer service made me regret booking, and the bald staff member showed no common sense and ruined my day. If disappointment is what you’re after, this place delivers a five-star experience.
