Gyden Staycation Green Haven Near Senibong Regency

The homestay was very comfortable, and the garden and scenery looked beautiful at night. The parking area was confusing because there weren’t enough signs to point out the exit. Recommended.

We live in the housing area beside this property, and it feels very unsafe. Cars parked near this condo keep having their windows broken, and there are also reports of people shooting. We’ve filed several police reports and gone to security asking them to check the CCTV, but nothing has helped and management hasn’t provided proper assistance. There doesn’t seem to be CCTV monitoring the parking lots. We’ve also seen many comments about cars being scratched in the Green Haven parking lot. We’ll take legal action once we have proper evidence. This is so frustrating.

The homestay was just nice, comfortable, and big enough for four families, but it had many defects. Pool security service was very bad. The owner said jerseys were allowed, then a guard said they weren’t. Half an hour later the shift changed, and the next guard said they were allowed.

The security guard made us park outside in the rain and walk in when we came to visit my friend at Green Haven yesterday. He didn't explain things properly or let us enter at first, and spoke nonsense. My friend eventually brought us in. When we left, he asked if I was coming again tomorrow with a smirking, taunting attitude. I was really unhappy with how he treated us.
