It took 30 minutes before anyone served me after I arrived. This was my first visit to Malaysia, and I had booked a room here to rest for a day. A bad hotel like this can affect tourists’ impression of Malaysia.

The security guards had a bad attitude and were rude. They also weren’t wearing uniforms. Delivery drivers have nowhere to shelter from the rain while they wait for customers.
