The staff were warm, friendly, and quick to respond, and the hotel’s location worked well, with a mall, eateries, and other amenities nearby. Our deluxe family room had a living room, kitchenette, and walk-in wardrobe area. The bathroom was spacious, though only one person could use it at a time. Breakfast offered a variety of dishes. Check-in involved a long queue. We had to switch from our Booking.com twin room after someone joined us at the last minute. Rebooking meant the first reservation would have incurred a one-night cancellation charge, but the staff kindly arranged a free cancellation. Parking isn’t complimentary. It costs RM13 a night, and spaces are on levels 4 to 8. Since the hotel and mall share the parking area, finding a spot was very challenging. The hotel should reserve spaces for guests, especially when parking is charged.

My husband’s birthday surprise was lovely. Amyra arranged the decorations and cake with the F&B team, and they looked stunning. We also got a room upgrade, which made it feel like a VIP stay. Big thanks to Amyra in reservation for organizing it all and for the thoughtful hospitality. Everyone we dealt with, from reservation and reception to concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B, was friendly, professional, and attentive. The whole stay was comfortable, well organized, and satisfying. Sunway Putra Hotel memang the best. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

The connected mall has plenty to offer, and it’s easy to get around by Grab or public transport. Staff were extremely friendly, and the rooms were spacious and appealing. Our air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly, so the room stayed a bit musty and humid even though it was running continuously. Breakfast had something for every taste. The lobby café offerings looked appealing too, though we didn’t try them. The pool is a little dated and could use more upkeep, but it was fine for cooling off.
