One-Stop Residence Hotel & Office

We were there on 30 May 2026. The apartment was a decent size and a bit clean, though the bathrooms were small and had no tubs. One room's air conditioning wasn't working, but they refilled the gas right away. There was no microwave, but they brought one within five minutes when we asked. The fridge was new. The parking area is large but charges are very high. If you don't inform reception, it can be around RM 3/4 per hour; if you do inform them, it's RM 8 per trip. On the eighth floor, DiGi cellars had no network. The place felt quite scary to us, and, in our view, more suitable for non-Muslims because there are night clubs inside. Mostly Chinese people were there, since the whole surrounding area is Chinese. I wouldn't recommend it for any family, Muslim or non-Muslim.

The food rules made the stay restrictive and uncomfortable. Deliveries can't be brought up to the room, so guests have to collect them on the ground floor. You aren't allowed to have food in the room at all, even coffee or snacks. Basic amenities were lacking too. The bathroom had no hand wash, and no towels were provided. My experience at One Stop Hotel was disappointing and uncomfortable, below expectations. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and basic services.

We stayed a month, and the noise made it impossible to work, watch TV or even sleep. The building is near three or four highways, above and in front of night clubs and karaoke places, and connected to the metro stations. A perfect combination for a nightmare. Walking isn't practical either, since there are no pedestrian crossings over the highways. The Metromall it sits in looks like a ghost mall with no shops inside, though the street below the building has all the small shops and restaurants you need. It looks safe, with lots of security staff.

The room was super clean, spacious enough for a family, and the hotel felt friendly. The furniture is a bit dated but still works well. You could live here like in an apartment.
