The shared accommodation was quiet, clean, comfortable and beautiful, and very affordable. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend it! Note: I took the bedsheet and pillow off before the photo because that's just what I'm used to doing.

The rooms are super clean, and the customer service has been unmatched. I arrived at Midtown Hotel on Jan 3rd, 2026, and I'm still here. I moved to KL on Dec 29th, 2025, and I'm taking my time finding the right long-term apartment. Staying here was the best decision! The value for the money is great, and it's easy to get around by public transport. Nearby there are 24 hour restaurants, a major grocery market ( NSK ), bar and lounge ( NO-MU ), local shops, major fast food brands and coffee shops, plus more. Ask for

The room was okay, but there weren't any channels to watch on the TV.

The facilities are quite run down, and even with the staff doing their best, cleanliness is hard to maintain because they're short on personnel. What stood out positively was how kind and polite the staff were. They were accommodating and went out of their way to help with what we needed, including an early check-in.
