No one could be reached when we arrived at One Residences, and even security didn't know where “victoria home one residences” was. It felt like a scam. My family and I were left outside at 9pm and ended up changing hotels at 11pm. Book at your own risk.

Visitors couldn't get in, and we were forced to park outside illegally. There's no visitor parking unless you pay for it. What a stupid management. They make so much from selling this expensive property, yet still charge visitors for parking that should be free. I regret getting this unit. I wouldn't recommend buying this property at all. Pui!

One Residences is a 35-storey serviced apartment development in Sungai Besi, on a 3.35-acre leasehold site near Jalan Chan Sow Lin. Its location offers scenic views across Kuala Lumpur. The two blocks were planned to have 35 floors each, with 384 units ranging from 888 to 1,273 square feet and layouts with one or two bedrooms. Completion was expected in 2019. The development was set to include a wide range of facilities. By early 2016, 60% of its units had reportedly been sold, perhaps reflecting the developer's track record. Akisama Group of Companies has been developing residential and commercial properties since 1979 and has grown into a major Klang Valley developer. C & H Pilling Sdn Bhd was its original property development subsidiary; over time, more than 20 others joined the group, including Projects Selective Sdn. Bhd., the subsidiary behind this development. The group also invests in property, builds buildings, and supplies building materials.

It's well maintained and has an infinity pool, sauna, kids' playground, and gym. There's also a salon, grocery store, self-service laundry, facial services, and an outdoor party area with washing facilities.
