Mid Valley Megamall is directly accessible from Cititel Mid Valley, which made shopping, eating, and getting around very convenient. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the service exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for business or leisure in Kuala Lumpur, with comfort, convenience, and good value.

We held a recent promotional event for 50 people here. The hall looked great, and it worked very professionally for a small or medium-sized group. The food was good too. It was just a day trip, so I didn't stay overnight. If I stay at the hotel someday, I'd update this review with something about the rooms.

The breakfast spread was good, the bed was comfortable, and there were lots of TV channels. Water pressure was good too. The bathroom and room were very clean, and I could hardly find any dirt. Front desk staff were polite and friendly. Everything was great, though the corridor lights were too dim and could be brighter. I was very satisfied with my stay. It felt better than a four- or five-star hotel, and I'll definitely come back.

For my first visit, the one-night stay was perfect and just the break from work I needed. It’s good value for money and in a strategic spot inside Midvalley Mall. I'd give it 9/10 across the ratings, and it seems ideal for solo tourists or couples. Sadly, there's no pool, but I still enjoyed my stay 🤍🤍

The mall is connected to the hotel, with plenty of places to eat nearby, so getting around and finding food was easy. I found the room clean, comfortable, and cozy. Highly recommend it, and I'd definitely come back 👍🏻😊
