Lume @ Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang

The breakfast was okay, though the small restaurant filled up quickly. It’s shared by hotel guests and the neighboring residences, so it got crowded fast. In the room, the TV was old and the channel selection felt stuck in the 90s. The worst part was trying to shower. The hot and cold water kept fluctuating, and it took me about 10 minutes to find a comfortable temperature. That would be hard enough, let alone with a two-year-old. We were given just two towels for four people, and when we asked for more, they charged extra. That was a first for me. For a five-star hotel, the place fell short of what I expected. The rooms felt old and gloomy, and the corridors were dark and unsettling.

A bathtub in the bathroom made the apartment feel especially luxurious. The host was gracious, and the location near BB was excellent. I’d definitely choose this place again.

We had three very clean rooms, with enough space for up to six people.

An older hotel, but it was clean and well located near Pavilion and hawker food.
